Making an exit

I haven't watched "The Apprentice" since the second season, mainly because it quickly became a show where the most dramatic people were kept for ratings and the boring people were fired.

"Shocking" since so many reality shows these days are so....real.

As a result, although I've always enjoyed Joan Rivers, I haven't watched "Celebrity Apprentice" at all. It just looked like a train-wreck waiting to happen and, from what I've read and the clips I've seen...it was.

So, when Melissa Rivers was "Fired" this week, you might be surprised to find out that there was just a wee bit of drama that occured as she was packing up her toothbrush...

Those are two gals who don't do anything quietly.

As Joan Rivers used to say..."Oh, Grow up!"

  1. Wow! I haven't been watching either...just enjoying the promos during ER. Now I want to watch next week, just to see if Melissa ever got her other shoe. What was that? Who's trashier: the 45 year old with more face work than a burn victim, running around with one Ugg on, dropping "F" bombs like she's on Jerry Springer - or the lesser known blonde in a stripper blouse that she's trying to pass off as business attire, insisting she's only in it to win for her charity? Wait I might have to go with the 80 year old in the Zsa Zsa Gabor wig hurling words like "Nazi" and "whore" around. Klassy.

  2. Yeah, that Melissa Rivers is a class act. She and her mom (as much as I love her) are starting to look like Muppets or Far Side versions of themselves. But, I'm sure it makes great TV when the kids get all dramatic. I don't enjoy that, but many other people do...

As long as people play nice, I won't have to stop this car.
