Mummy Dearest

A regular reader, knowing my fascination with creepy dolls in museums, sent me a link to a site called VillageofJoy.com. From the name, you'd think it would be a happy place with butterflies, fairies, and words of wisdom to get you through the day.

What you wouldn't expect to find there would be these...

Evidently, the gal who runs the site also likes making and selling mummified dolls.

So the next time your kid misbehaves, try buying one of these dolls as a present for his birthday.

I like the way she thinks.

However, I don't ever want one of her dolls in my house.

  1. That is beyond creepy! How does she make these?

  2. You need to go to Syfy channel online and watch the video "Island of Dolls". Beyond creepy, and I wasn't originally afraid of dolls.

Anyone can post comments here, as long as they aren't nasty or too profane. If you aren't registered on Google or with one of the "OpenID" options below, feel free to select the "Name/URL" option down below (if you want to use a name or nickname and a link to your site)...or just select "Anonymous" and post that way.

As long as people play nice, I won't have to stop this car.
