Actor Robert Llewellyn (from the UK show "Red Dwarf") hosts a web show, Carpool, where he interviews celebrities while driving them around in a car. Can you imagine how expensive his car insurance must be?
In this segment, he interviews the recently knighted Sir Patrick Stewart. Surprisingly, Patrick doesn't attempt to take control of the "ship" and really seems to be enjoying their leisurely conversation as they, apparently, drive aimlessly throughout the English countryside.
"I'm just trying to drive you to the sto', Mr. Stewart."
Patrick never disappoints. This post is a perfect example of why I love this blog. I would have missed this if it weren't for you pointing the way. Thanks !
ReplyDeleteWell, thanks Brad. I often wonder if anyone (other than you and a couple friends) reads the blog. So, it's always nice to hear that at least someone appreciates all the random pop culture stuff I drop here daily. I really appreciate you making the effort and commenting when you do.
