When health freezes over

It's such a shame, when so many other countries in the world have health care plans that cover everyone, that many people appear to have so much opposition to creating a similar system here in the states.

Of course, it always comes down to politics and how much money the people who make the decisions are getting paid from the very companies who would be impacted (mainly the unregulated profit-machines known as our insurance companies).

I bet if you let the people in the hospital and doctor's office waiting rooms around the country make the decision, rather than a small group of high powered people already covered by medical plans who also happen to be getting paid large sums of money from the insurance and drug companies...

We would have had a health care plan in place decades ago.

As long as people play nice, I won't have to stop this car.
