While wandering the city again today, I stumbled upon over two blocks of one of Portland's most famous and enjoyable amentities...tasty food carts.

Nobody enjoys food-cooked-by-others more than me and almost every country is represented at a very affordable price.

I was told that Portland has more food carts per-capita than almost any other city in the United States. Here is a bit more info on that:
Portland, Oregon is the epicenter of what has rapidly become a national food movement in the United States: the high-end food cart. No longer merely purveyors of hot dogs, pretzels and gyros, these self-contained, portable cuisine vendors are offering a wild variety of high-quality affordable meals to cash-strapped urban dwellers and tourists alike.

It all looks and smells so good that choosing one (especially when you're already hungry) can feel like an impossible task.
So when that happens in life, I tend to gravitate towards what I know works best for me...

I've found that, when all else fails, I can't go wrong with a little Mexican.
And, as expected...I was right.
Ole!

As long as people play nice, I won't have to stop this car.
