I saw the new movie Ex Machina last night and really enjoyed it. It's a very unique Sci-fi film with beautiful locations and simple, yet amazing, visual effects used for Ava, the A.I.
I'm not sure how they managed to create the illusion that you could constantly see through Ava and into her wiring so clearly, but it looks very realistic.
Ex Machina is one of those films where you find yourself thinking you know where it's going and what's going to happen...until it turns things around a couple times on you, which is always a nice surprise.
It's definitely worth a trip to the theater to see it!
