Schmidtten
If you loved 30 Rock and/or The Office and have a way to access Netflix, then definitely watch Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt!!
It's hilarious!
Ellie Kemper is really funny and, of course, there are few actresses as good at playing ridiculous characters you love to hate as the always-entertaining Jane Krakowski.
It's definitely must-see TV!

Shoes
Cinderella opens today.
Yes...that is Lily James from Downton Abbey and Richard Madden from Game of Thrones.
Yes...that is crazy-but-fun-to-watch Helena Bonham Carter.
Yes...that is Cate Blanchett and Sophie McShera (on the left) who plays Daisy on Downton Abbey.
And YES...I am definitely going to see this movie.
Don't judge.

Madonna on Stern
Madonna was recently interviewed by Howard Stern for the first time in her career and it's actually one of the more honest and revealing interviews she's given to anyone.
She discusses just about everything that has happened in her career, including the real story behind her fall at the Brit Awards a couple of weeks ago.

Candy Man
Someone got very creative with their love for Mike and Ike candy and Channing Tatum.
Maybe the brand should change the name to Magic Mike and Ike.
Just a thought...

Supergirl: First Look
Warner Bros. just released the first photo of Melissa Benoist in costume for the Supergirl pilot that is currently in production (and also stars Calista Flockhart, Helen Slater, and Dean Cain).
The costume is not too bad and is looking similar in color-tone to the one that Henry Cavill wears in the Superman movies.
I'm just trying to remain hopeful that the meek gal from Glee can pull off being a superhero.
At least she won't be bursting out into song each episode (or at least I hope not).

Spock Online Memorial
In honor of Leonard Nimoy's passing last week, the popular Star Trek Online multi-player game has added a couple of memorial statues into its environments so that fans can come by and pay their respects while playing.
Based on where our community chose to congregate and pay their respects, we will be replacing the central structure on the fountain on Vulcan with a stone statue of Spock with the inscription “Live Long and Prosper." We will be adding the same statue to New Romulus with the inscription “The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few”, as building toward Romulan and Vulcan reunification was one of Spock’s great life works. The Romulan Republic would not exist without his teachings.
One on Vulcan...
And one on New Romulus...
They are also placing memorial plaques around for the other Star Trek family members who have passed.
Nimoy also provided voice work for the game not just as Spock, but as a narrator as well, providing a small description of a new region of space whenever a player entered it for the first time. Here is a short video released when the game came out in 2010.
I think it's a pretty cool way for fans to interact with the passing of a fictional character within the "reality" of the world in which that character lived.
I may just have to start participating in this free online game/world.
It looks and sounds....fascinating.

Madominos
Who would have thought that Madonna falling on stage a couple weeks ago at the Brit Awards could end up helping to create something so visually entertaining?
Can't. Stop. Watching. It.
