Taken to the cleaners
Netflix released the first trailer for The Laundromat today...
It has a good cast and director. Plus, I enjoy Meryl Streep, so am looking forward to seeing this after it hits theaters and ends up on Netflix in the fall.

The Mandalorian
In other Star Wars news, Disney+ released the first trailer for it's upcoming series, The Mandalorian...
I don't know much about the story, but the effects looks pretty great and it's got a good cast and director.
So, I guess I'll now have to get Disney+ in the fall to see it when it becomes available on November 12th.
Why must everything have it's own separate pay channel these days?!!

Last Christmas
The first full trailer for Last Christmas was released today...
I do enjoy Christmas movies, Emilia Clarke, Michelle Yeoh, and Emma Thompson. So, it's got that going for it.
Hopefully the reviews will be decent and people will go see it when it opens on November 8th.

Age of Resistance
The final trailer for Netflix's The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance was released today...
It certainly looks beautifully shot and produced, so I might just give it a whirl when it becomes available on August 30th.

Carnival Row
The first full trailer for the upcoming Amazon series Carnival Row was released today...
This actually looks, visually, pretty amazing. Plus, it's got Legolas in love with a Fairy.
I'm glad I finally broke down and got Amazon Prime.
More stuff to watch.
Carnival Row becomes available on August 30th.

A different time
The original Spiderman movie (2002) had a teaser trailer that featured the Twin Towers, but it was quickly removed once 9/11 happened a couple months later. That trailer was recently restored and released for the first time in 17 years...
It's still difficult to think about that time, but it's kind of cool to see this after all of these years and remember a simpler time when the world was still waiting to see the first Spiderman movie.
It seems like we've had about 100 of them since.
