Happy Halloween!

This may be my favorite Halloween costume yet....from my favorite Christmas movie.

Also, Ellen decided to dress up as Sofia Vergara (from Modern Family) on her show today, which didn't sit too well with Ms. Vergara...



I really enjoy both of them.

While we wait for Maggie Smith and the new season of Downton Abbey to arrive on our shores in January, we can still catch the Dowager Countess in her upcoming movie Quartet (opens December 28th), directed by Dustin Hoffman.



It looks really fun and has a great cast.

When Supermodel Naomi Campbell isn't flinging cellphones at her help, she obviously keeps herself busy by supervising the construction of her spaceship-esque new home in Russia.













I have to admit, I'm pretty jealous that she's built a house very close to what, as a Star Trek-obsessed kid, I always imagined I would one day live (and likely fly) in.



I need to make sure I get into that woman's Will immediately!

Super Cool

I feel that it's important to point out when regular folks do something special just to bring a smile to people in need. These guys get a gold star...

A Pennsylvania window washing service sent a quartet of workers in superhero costumes to brighten windows and spirits at a children's hospital. Edward Matuizek, president of Allegheny Window Cleaning Inc. in Springdale, said the company did not charge the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh for Monday's window-washing by Spider-Man, Batman, Superman and Captain America. 

"This isn't about us. This is about them," Matuizek said. 

"The kids were loving it," said Errico, who wore the Captain America suit. "Everywhere we went, they were coming in from different rooms."



It's wonderful to see that there really are some super folks left out there in the world.

We definitely need them.

Iron Man 3 trailer

The first trailer for the upcoming Iron Man 3 movie was released today and it looks pretty dark.



So far, so good.

One of the few remaining characters I still love on SNL, Stefon, was on this past weekend to give his Halloween tips for a good time.



He slays me.

And, obviously, himself.

Ellen had Nicole Richie try to see if she could distinguish her perfume from others by having her smell it on a few shirtless male models.



I think in-store sales would increase if they used that method at the mall.

I love how the kids with their fancy online skills can take a random phrase and make it into a worldwide series of entertaining visuals within minutes.
