What an interesting person! Next time I visit NY, I'd love to meet him. Maybe he'll be politic'ing in Times Square :)
I think that he is considered one of the "sights" to see while visiting New York. So, I think you'll probably have a pretty good chance of running into him playing his guitar on the streets.I wonder what he wears in winter?
