Batman and Robin, the 3rd in the original movie series, got the worst reviews and press of any of the previous films. It was certainly the most campy and unbelievable.
However, after watching this behind-the-scenes video with all the cast, it's interesting to find out that they also were aware that this film was probably not as good as it should have been and that the studio really was pushing them to make it more family-friendly, while appealing more to young girls.
Chris O'Donnell wasn't really a big star back then (1997...geez, time flies!), but it appears he did his best to diet and work out hard in order to fit into his unusually tight costume.
I'd need Bat-Spanx.
And a crowbar.
