Kathy on King

Kathy Griffin was interviewed on Larry King this week and, as usual, was hilarious and kept Larry about five minutes behind everything she said. They're always entertaining together...

Also, although the first episode of "My Life on the D-List" with Bette Midler seemed a bit off (Bette seemed bored at times and it was the first episode without Kathy's assistant Jessica), I actually really enjoyed this week's episode with Lily Tomlin (they both appeared to be having a lot of fun...perhaps all the wine helped).

Here's hoping the rest of the season is more Lily than Bette.

Saw KG on LK last night....thoroughly enjoyable! Not sure that I agree with your assessment of the Bette episode....I thought her reactions (and even Lily's) were very real. They just can't believe that she gets away with what she gets away with. Now that call with Liza....absolutely priceless!!

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Bette on her episode (it's Bette, for God sakes), but at times it felt like she was thinking "How much longer are we gonna be doing stuff?".

But, she was very entertaining and that show got Kathy her biggest ratings yet on the show...so I'm all for it.

And, yes, that call with Liza was hilarious (and Jane Fonda too).

Lots o' funny going on...
